What is your terms of payment?

T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

What is your terms of delivery?

EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU/DDP.

How about your delivery time?

Generally, it will take 10-15 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

What is the warranty of your machine?

Our machines are covered by a 1-year warranty, during which all non-human damaged parts can be replaced with new ones. We provide machine installation and operation videos.

What is your terms of packing?

Generally, we use standard exported wooden case for LCL goods, and and fixed with steel wire for FCL goods.

Do you test all your goods before delivery?

Yes, we have 100% test before delivery. And we will attach our inspect report for every machine.

Do you provide wear parts for customer?

Yes, we have records for your customer, and will prefer providing accessories to clients.
