QL804(B) upgrades to 80 horsepower.While retaining the advantages of the 704 series, it enhances heavy-load operation capabilities. Its power system is equipped with a domestic brand 4-cylinder turbocharged engine featuring a double overhead camshaft design, which increases low-speed torque by 15%. This allows it to handle heavy-duty tasks such as deep plowing or pulling heavy harrows with ease, even in heavy clay soil.
The 12F+12R shift system comes standard with a synchronizer, shortening the shift stroke to 8cm. Combined with the ergonomically designed shift lever, it minimizes fatigue even during 4 hours of continuous operation.
The optimized hydraulic system delivers a main pump flow of 60L/min, 20% faster response when driving large equipment like hydraulic reversible plows. The sealed mud-water proof structure is further upgraded, with the transmission breather featuring a three-stage filtration design to prevent mud and water backflow even during rainstorm operations.
Key welds of the vehicle body are robot-welded, achieving a strength of 800MPa, 25% higher than traditional processes. The mid-mounted cylinder steering system adds damping adjustment: it offers stable steering at high speeds during transfers and flexible maneuvering in field operations, with a minimum turning radius of only 4.2 meters, ensuring efficiency even in greenhouses or small plots.
The hydraulic three-point linkage lifting capacity increases to 1400kg, supporting force-position integrated control.
